The Internet’s a big place. There are at least 100 different sites out there! How will you ever find the time to sift through the dregs for the funniest macros, the awesomest pictures, the interestingest lists? You can’t. It’s impossible. Don’t try.
Instead, let Jet Wolf do it for you. Here’s today’s dose of random shit that I took the trouble to bookmark, just for you.
Baby wolf learning to howl. This is a clip from a documentary about Shaun Ellis, an expert at wolf behaviour who is pretty much living the life that I was studying to live once upon a time. I adore this clip where he teaches a baby wolf to howl. If you don’t smile when this little guy throws his head back and howls for the first time you have no soul.
Don’t Even Reply. This guy responds to classified ads with the expressed goal of pissing people off. He succeeds. Often. Sometimes the results are funnier than others, but this one is great. (This one is also full of lulz that are so wrong.)
Animal Photography. Because you (read: “I”) can’t ever get enough of it, here are 50 great animal pictures.
Why Real ID is a really bad idea. I don’t play World of Warcraft, but this is an interesting essay that raises some important questions about allowing your privacy to be eroded, the consequences of surrendering those rights, and the balance of power between companies and individuals.
Retail Rage. This guy in Toronto wants to shop. He wants to shop bad. Witness his rage as he arrives at the mall, only to find it closed for the G20 Summit. There are bonus laughs to be had here, make sure to keep watching. (Extra enjoyment points for it, surprise of surprises, not being an overly entitled and unreasonable American for once.)
DOUBLE RAINBOW OMG. Someone loves rainbows. Like, way way more than the rest of us. This video runs the gamut from hilarious to creepy and surreal. WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!
DOUBLE RAINBOW SONG! Just last night I saw this and added it to the A Href queue for the week. You’ll want to watch the above clip first, oh yes. (I was struck by how good this was … then saw it was by the AutoTune the News group and suddenly it all made sense.)
